Krzysztof Obłój – CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


Mr Krzysztof Obłój is a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Director of the International Management Centre of the University of Warsaw, Director of the Executive MBA Program, and a lecturer at the Higher School of Entrepreneurship and Management, University of Illinois, at the Norwegian Bodo Graduate School of Management, and at the Slovenian International Management Development Center. He cooperated with PKN Orlen S.A., GSK, Asea Brown Boveri, Benckiser, Macro Cash and Carry, Wólczanka, Próchnik, Lasy Państwowe, and PZU S.A. He has gained wide experience in the activities of supervisory bodies of joint stock companies, i.e. Prochem S.A., Eurobank S.A., Pollena Eva S.A., and Polmos Lublin S.A.
Mr Krzysztof Obłój graduated from the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (at present the Warsaw School of Economics), and obtained a degree of Doctor of Organisation and Management Theory at the University of Warsaw. In 1996 appointed Full Professor at the University of Warsaw.








 Andrzej Malinowski – MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


Since 2001 Mr Andrzej Malinowski has fulfilled the function of President of the Confederation of Polish Employers, and 1st Vice-President of the European Organisation of Public Sector Employers, CEEP. In 1993-1997 he was Member of Parliament. He performed also the function of adviser to a minister in the Ministry of Foreign Trade and to a Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy.
Mr Andrzej Malinowski graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and obtained a degree of Doctor of Economics.











  Piotr Pawłowski – MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


Founder and President of the Friends of Integration Association, Editor-in-chief of the Integracja magazine and www.niepelnosprawni.pl web portal, Member of Advisory Council for the Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People, Head of the Agency for the Disabled at the Office of Ombudsman, Member of the Integralia Foundation Council, Board Member of the ASHOKA Foundation, Member of the Programme Council at the National Museum in Warsaw and Member of Innovators Association.
Piotr Pawłowski received the Order of Polonia Restituta, the Andrzej Bączkowski Award, the Totus Award, Medal of the Commission of National Education, Medal of Wacław Szubert awarded by the Polish Academy of Science, and the Prize of the Polish Committee of Social Welfare for his humanitarian activity.
Piotr Pawłowski is a teacher and philosopher by education.








 Piotr Urbańczyk - MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

Since May 2009: Vice-President of the Management Board of Meritum Banku ICB S.A. Between 2002 and 2009: Vice-President of the Management Board of Dominet Bank S.A.; in both banks heading their Finance Departments. Mr Piotr Urbańczyk started his banking career in 1992 in Bank Zachodni S.A., where he was Treasury Department Manager. In 1998-2000 he was Member of the Management Board of Lukas Bank S.A. At the turn of 2000 and 2001 Mr Urbańczyk was tied with Incom S.A., an IT company. As of 2001 he worked at Cuprum Bank, first as the Management Board’s Proxy for Treasury, and then as Vice-President of the Management Board.

Mr Piotr Urbańczyk graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics, Organisation and Management Faculty. He completed a banking management course at the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado and a course for members of supervisory boards of companies owned by the State Treasury. He also had abundant training in organisation of trading in American government securities, finance, marketing, currency dealing, and personnel management. In addition, he had a trainee period in commercial bank management at a branch of Bank One in Boulder w Colorado.




Jakub Dzik – MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD


He has been working at the Legal Service Dept. of Impel S.A. since January 2009. Since October 2008, he has been President of the Management Board of Mobile Technology Sp. z o.o. In 2007-2009, he worked at the Jerzy Dereń Law Office.

Mr Jakub Dzik is a Graduate in Law at the University of Wrocław's Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics.
