The creator of Poland's largest group of companies specializing in outsourcing of services for enterprises, and Poland's largest private employer. The main shareholder of Impel S.A. In 1999 - 2004 he was Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board. As from 5 January 2004 he has been President of the Management Board of Impel S.A.

Since 1998, he has been President of the Western Chamber of Commerce and the Sponsor of the Gryf Economic Prize, actively supporting Polish companies and promoting economic partnership with Ukraine. In 2002-2005, he was Vice-president of the Confederation of Polish Employers. In 2003, Mr Grzegorz Dzik was appointed by Jan Nowak-Jeziorański as Council Member of the College of Eastern Europe.

 

He is also actively engaged in social and charity activities. He has been Member of the Board of Trustees at the Academic Clinic in Wrocław since 2000. He was honoured with Victoria 2006 by Stowarzyszenie Klubu Ludzi Życzliwych (Kind People Association), in recognition of his special merit in saving life and health of children, as well as humanitarian activities. He has been Chairman of the Board in the Foundation "Help Children Suffering from Cancer" since 2006 (and involved in its activities since 1998); an active initiator of construction of the "Przylądek Nadziei" (Cape of Hope) Clinic. He was awarded the title of the Knight of the Order of Smile, for taking actions bringing joy to children - this is the only distinction granted by children.

 

Grzegorz Dzik actively supports economic circles. In 2009 he was appointed Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Poland. The consul promotes Ukrainian culture and art. He was a laureate of prestigious awards and distinctions including: The Bull of Success 2002 , Wektory 2005, White Tiger Laurel, and The One Who Changes Polish Industry.

 

Mr Grzegorz Dzik graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Wrocław.

 





Józef Biegaj –VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD
 


Co-founder and main shareholder of Impel SA. In 1999 - 2001 he was Member of the Supervisory Board of Impel SA. He was President of the Management Board of Impel Security Polska Sp. z o.o. in the years 2001-2005. As of 2007, Mr Józef Biegaj has had a seat in the Supervisory Board of Vantage Development S.A. As of 2008, he has been Member of the Management Board of Worldstar Investment S.a.r.l.
As of 2009, he has been President of the Management Board of OPM Sp. z o.o. and has had a seat in the Supervisory Board of Procom System S.A.

Sponsor of sports - For many years he has been sponsoring Gwardia Wrocław Sports Club, International Indoor ATP Challenger Tennis Tournament, as well as disabled cyclists.

Mr Józef Biegaj graduated from the Faculty of Construction and Mining and Smelting Machinery at the AGH Kraków University.









Wojciech Rembikowski – VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD



Mr Wojciech Rembikowski has worked for Impel for 12 years. Since 1999 he has been the Company’s Financial Director and since 2007 he has been appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of Impel S.A.

Mr Wojciech Rembikowski graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics and obtained postgraduate degrees from the Gdańsk Academy of Controlling and the Warsaw School of Economics, and completed also MBA courses at the University of Warsaw and the College of Business at the University of Illinois.







DanutaDanuta Czajka Czajka – VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD

Ms Danuta Czajka has long experience in capital market transactions. Since 2003, she has been running the Cigma Capital Company providing strategic and M&A consulting. In the years 2004 – 2007 and from April 2009, as Capital Investment Adviser, she cooperated with the Impel Group within the scope of acquisition, investment and disinvestment processes.

She worked as Investment Director at Innova Capital, a private equity investment fund. She cooperated with the American companies Land O’Lakes and Sparks within the scope of training and consulting projects as well as derivatives markets under the supervision of the USAID agency, Washington.

Ms Danuta Czajka was a supervisory board member at Liberty Poland S.A., Mediplast S.A., Coldwell Banker Polska Sp. z o.o., l2mobile S.A., and Linia 1 Sp. z.o.o.

Ms Danuta Czajka has an engineering degree in agricultural economics. She completed a postgraduate course in strategy and finance at SGH (Warsaw School of Economics). She also obtained an MBA degree from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, in cooperation with London Business School, HEC of Paris and NHH of Bergen, Norway. She is qualified as a Member of Supervisory Board at the State Treasury Ministry.
