The Management Board of Impel SA hereby discloses the dates for publication of its periodic reports in 2009:

Quarterly Reports
(publication of interim financial reports in the form of condensed financial statements and selected notes, in compliance with IAS 34):

• consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2008: February 26th 2009;
• consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2009: May 14th 2009;
• consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2009: November 16th 2009.

Pursuant to Art.101.2 of the above-mentioned decree, the Company shall not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2009.

Annual reports

• non-consolidated annual report of Impel SA for 2008: April 3rd 2009;
• consolidated annual report of the Impel Group for 2008: April 3rd 2009.

Semi-annual report
(publication of consolidated semi-annual report together with condensed semi-annual financial statements and condensed supplementary information, in compliance with Art. 87.4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic reports to be disclosed by issuers of securities):

• consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2009: : August 27th 2009.
