Quarterly reports:

(publication of interim financial reports in the form of condensed financial statements and selected notes, in compliance with IAS 34)

 

•  consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2012: 14 May 2012
•  consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2012: 13 November 2012

 

The Company shall not publish the consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2011 and the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2012, pursuant to Art.102.1 and Art. 101.2, respectively, of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities.

 

Annual reports:

 

•  non-consolidated annual report of Impel S.A. for 2011: 20 March 2012
•  consolidated annual report of the Impel Group for 2011: 20 March 2012

 

Semi-annual report:

(publication of consolidated semi-annual report together with condensed semi-annual financial statements and condensed supplementary information, in compliance with Art. 87.4 of the Directive of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities)

 

•  consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2012: 30 August 2012
