  • Impel – Gradual Improvement of Results

    In the second quarter of 2008, the Impel Group – Poland’s largest provider of outsourcing services – reported sales revenue of PLN 251 million, i.e. PLN 33.9 million more than in the previous year. The Group generated EBIT of PLN 7.5 million and net profit of PLN 4.5 million (i.e. rise by PLN 3.2 million relative to the corresponding period last year). In early August, a conditional agreement concerning the sale of 100% shares of Promedis, a subsidiary of the Impel Group providing medical services, was signed.

    In Q1 2008, the Impel Group – Poland’s biggest provider of outsourcing services – achieved sales revenue of PLN 238.38 million, i.e. up by PLN 26.97 million relative to Q1 2007. The Group generated operating profit of PLN 4,496 million and net profit of PLN 1,384 million (i.e. an increase by 200% compared to the first quarter of the previous year).

    In 2007, the Impel Group, the biggest provider of outsourcing services in Poland, recorded sales revenue of PLN 889.7 million, which translates to a growth of PLN 141 million compared to the previous year. The Group’s operating profit amounted to PLN 9.6 million and net result of PLN 6.2 million. In quarterly values, sales for the last three months of 2007 amounted to PLN 234.6 million, and net result amounted to PLN 1.7 million.

    In Q3 2007 the Impel Group – the largest domestic group of service companies – obtained sales revenue at the level of PLN 226.6 million and net profit of PLN 2.8 million. Both values exceeded the results achieved in the previous quarter – with the net profit more than doubled.

    In 2006, the Impel Group, the biggest provider of outsourcing services in Poland, recorded 20% growth in sales revenue compared to the previous year. It amounted to PLN 748.4 million and was more than PLN 123 million bigger than in 2005.
