In the first quarter of 2009 the Impel Group – the largest Polish supplier of outsourcing services – recorded sales revenue of PLN 251.85 million, an increase of PLN 13.5 million over the corresponding period last year. The Group generated operating profit of PLN 8.68 million and net profit of PLN 4.5 million (an increase by over PLN 3 million relative to the corresponding period last year).

The Impel Group – the biggest Polish supplier of outsourcing services – reported sales revenue of PLN 1 billion in 2008, i.e. higher by PLN 113 million relative to 2007. In 2008, the Group generated EBIT of PLN 22 million and net profit of PLN 42.16 million..

Autogrill - the world’s leading provider of f&b and retail services for travellers - starts up in Poland under an agreement with Impel to open its locations on the country’s main roads. A new venture is set up by Autogrill (51%) and Impel (49%) and it aims at opening 11 next points of services on the country’s main motorways by the end of 2010.

In the second quarter of 2008, the Impel Group – Poland’s largest provider of outsourcing services – reported sales revenue of PLN 251 million, i.e. PLN 33.9 million more than in the previous year. The Group generated EBIT of PLN 7.5 million and net profit of PLN 4.5 million (i.e. rise by PLN 3.2 million relative to the corresponding period last year). In early August, a conditional agreement concerning the sale of 100% shares of Promedis, a subsidiary of the Impel Group providing medical services, was signed.

In Q1 2008, the Impel Group – Poland’s biggest provider of outsourcing services – achieved sales revenue of PLN 238.38 million, i.e. up by PLN 26.97 million relative to Q1 2007. The Group generated operating profit of PLN 4,496 million and net profit of PLN 1,384 million (i.e. an increase by 200% compared to the first quarter of the previous year).
